Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sell in-mold labeling (IML) labels or films?

We do not. We offer 100% in house production, working with each customer to design a manufacturable part and then create the injection molds in our tool shop. The printing and injection mold is done in house as well, allowing our entire team to be involved in the process from start until the finish. This means consistent communication, company-wide commitment to quality, and a "we take responsibility for our product" attitude.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We do not have set limits, as each product is unique. Please reach out to us and we can discuss a win-win situation for both parties.

Do you produce labels for containers or single use products?

No, we create in-mold decorated products that are designed to last. While the term "in-mold labeling" can apply to single-use containers as well, we specialize in high-quality, long-lasting plastic components, such as dashboards, control panels, and decorative trim. Applications range from automotive to consumer electronics, appliances, medical devices and more.

Do you produce IML labels for rotary molds?

No, our specialty is vertical injection molds. Rotary molds are typically used to create disposable and single-use products, whereas our parts are made for long-term and durable use.

Do you produce parts in America?

We have an office in the United States, and our North America factory is located in Mexico — which is part of USMCA. We also have a contract with a FTZ (Free Trade Zone) warehouses located in Texas to support exporting to Mexico.

Can you produce IML parts with anti-glare?

Yes, anti-glare (AG) coatings work by strategically roughening a display surface through a precise dip coating process. The film is treated edge-to-edge with a solution that creates a slightly rugged surface texture when it dries. This textured surface scatters and diffuses incoming light rays, replacing harsh mirror-like reflections with gentler, distributed light. The result is dramatically improved screen readability, even under bright lighting conditions. This technology is particularly valuable in automotive applications where dashboard displays must remain visible during peak daylight hours, and in outdoor security installations where control panels face direct sunlight.

We are attempting to create a dead front light ring. Do you have experience?

Yes, dead fronting can be used to create dramatic visual effects, especially in low-light environments. We are also able to combine dead front technology with fine expression silk printing (FESP) to add finely detailed patterns to the face of a part. Secondary patterns or hidden patterns are possible with dead front technology. Get in touch with your ideas!

Can you produce logo'd emblems or badges?

Yes, we produce superior products for a range of budgets and quantities. We’ve created premium branding solutions for leading manufacturers in the automotive, appliance, medical and aviation industries. For example, custom emblems made with molding and sputtering techniques or advanced potting technology. We help brands showcase their logos in ways that can withstand long-term and daily use.
